FYI - Where Am I?

Hello Readers,

I am involved in a neighborhood yard sale Friday and Saturday, so will catch up as I can.

Short story:  Food, water and exercise are all good but not great.  I am still on the wagon, in spite of being away from home and eating food prepared by someone else.  Drinking only morning coffee and water, but not enough water.
